What’s causing the tourist influx?
Bali has always attracted travelers. Now, there’s a boom influenced by both external factors and rapidly developing infrastructure: new hotels, roads, airports, a cruise port, and Formula 1 tracks. The country is making substantial efforts to attract foreign tourists and business people.
Bali is far away. I am not sure if I can fly to close the deal.
Most EVDEkimi clients have never been to Bali and don’t plan to visit. Everything is done remotely: property selection, transaction formalities, and villa management. Your job is to receive income! And you can do that from your own location.
How long does it take on average to pay for a villa in Bali?
Each of our properties recoups its cost within 5-7 years, depending on the specifics of the chosen property. The remaining 20 years generate profit.
Why a 25 year lease? Why so long?
First, you recoup the property and earn on it. After 10 years, the property may need renewal. You still have 15 years to build a new structure on the land and earn again. Alternatively, the land can be resold, and its price will increase by at least 30% over this time.
Why do I need the services of a management company?
The management company lists the property on 50+ booking platforms in the most visited countries (Australia, China, Russia, Europe), fully manages the property, ensures service quality, guest relations, occupancy, and cleaning. They are professionals at what they do!
How do you ensure transparency in management and reporting?
After the purchase and launch, you gain access to a personal online dashboard with detailed information on all processes, including bookings, guest numbers and stays, rental income, maintenance expenses, and monthly payouts. The system is transparent and allows full business control in real-time.
What do “10% contract-based ROI” and “12% projected ROI” mean?
A 10% ROI for the first year is fixed directly in the contract.
This provides a clear and predictable income level, regardless of actual rental performance. Any returns above 10% are fully passed on to the investor.
At the same time, based on the real operating performance of EVDEkimi properties in Ubud, the projected ROI is 12%.
This structure combines contractual income security with additional upside potential.
